The Light the Path Forward Award honors AADOM members who those who lead with generosity, uplift their peers, and leave a lasting mark on the AADOM community.
Nominations can come from the doctor, team member, dental industry representative, or self-nomination. Multiple nominations from the practice and dental industry representatives are accepted.
Winner will receive:
- May Cover 2028 feature in The Observer magazine, and an article feature in December 2027
- Customized award presented at conference
- Exposure throughout the dental industry

AADOM DPLN of the Year Award
AADOM Endorsed DPLN study clubs accrue points throughout the year towards the DPLN of the Year recognition. Points are earned for various activities, including furnishing a comprehensive list of meeting dates, utilizing AADOM approved speakers, attending the AADOM conference, sharing regular updates on club activities, and more.
Each year, accolades for DPLN of the Year are granted to the top-performing study clubs in the small, medium, and large categories. The study clubs in each category amassing the highest points from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 will be honored as the AADOM Endorsed DPLN of the Year.
Winner will receive:
